Question 1

Which trackers are compatible?

Accepted Answer

The platform works with more than 1000 GPS tracker models. Tell us the brand and model and we will confirm compatibility before activation.

Question 2

How does installation work?

Accepted Answer

The tracker is installed by a technician or auto electrician you trust. Our support team helps configure the tracker and the data SIM card, and assists the installer when needed.

Question 3

Is vehicle immobilization mandatory?

Accepted Answer

No. Remote engine cut-off is optional and it is your choice: you decide whether the tracker is installed with the cut-off relay or not. Without it, real-time tracking, geofences, alerts and history work normally; only the cut-off command from the app has no effect on the vehicle. If you change your mind later, contact support.

Question 4

What is the coverage area?

Accepted Answer

FoxGPS keeps monitoring your vehicle across borders, with coverage in more than 30 countries — including all of South America, the United States, Canada and most of Europe. Ask one of our consultants for the full list of countries.

Question 5

How is payment handled outside Brazil?

Accepted Answer

Prices are in US dollars. When you sign up, our team confirms the payment options available in your country.

Question 6

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no penalty: the service stays active until the end of the month already paid, and billing stops after that.

Question 7

What is the navigation history and what can I see?

Accepted Answer

It is a complete report of the places your vehicle has been and the sensor readings at each moment: trip reports, stops, speed history and routes traveled. You choose a specific date or a whole period.

Question 8

Where can I find the contract?

Accepted Answer

The contract, the Terms of use and the Privacy policy are linked in the site footer (the official versions are in Portuguese). The contract is also presented for acceptance on your first access to the dashboard.

Question 9

Who can see my location?

Accepted Answer

Only the account holder. Real-time location and navigation history are available exclusively in the account holder’s account.

Question 10

Can I have more than one tracker in the same account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have more than one vehicle or want to manage your family’s or company’s fleet, you can have a master account with access to all installed trackers.

Question 11

What can I do with my tracker?

Accepted Answer

Locate the vehicle in case of theft, follow it in real time online, check the full route history and set alerts for engine start or unauthorized towing.

Question 12

How does the tracker work?

Accepted Answer

The device gets its position via GPS and sends the data to our monitoring servers over the mobile network (GPRS), with coverage in more than 30 countries.
